Kenneth Miller
Kenneth Miller has dedicated his practice to representing disabled individuals in Social Security Disability Claims since establishing his law practice in Knoxville in 1978. Mr. Miller is certified as a specialist in Social Security Disability Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He was among the first attorneys nationwide to receive certification by the National Board of Legal Specialists. Ken has been recognized as a Top Attorney for his work in Social Security Disability law by his peers in the Knoxville Bar Association. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee and was licensed to practice law in 1977.
Kenneth is also a Sustaining Member in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
In April 2014, Mr. Miller was named Tennessee’s “Big Brother of the Year.”
Mr. Miller enjoys helping those whose lives have been devastated by medical disability. When not at work, Mr. Miller enjoys gardening and snow-skiing.

Edwin A. Anderson
Edwin A. Anderson has handled Social Security Disability and SSI claims continuously since 1998. Originally from California, he earned his B.A. from UCLA and his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.
Mr. Anderson has been named a “Top Lawyer” in the area of Social Security Disability by Knoxville’s City View Magazine nine times. He has a Five-Star rating on Avvo.com.
He is a past President of the Rotary Club of Knoxville, the City’s oldest and largest service organization. He is a past-Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International’s Knoxville Alumni Chapter and serves as one of its 33 District Justices. Mr. Anderson is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and has served as a panel moderator at NOSSCR’s annual conference in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice before all Tennessee State Courts and all California State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the Central District of California. On June 4, 2007, Mr. Anderson was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States by Chief Justice John Roberts.

Viktoria M. Haynes (Vikky)
Viktoria M. Haynes (Vikky) has been an employee of Miller Disability Law, P.C. since 2010 and became a licensed attorney for the firm in 2021. Vikky earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in Knoxville.
Vikky is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International’s Knoxville Alumni Chapter, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the Knoxville Bar Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association.
Vikky is admitted to practice before all Tennessee State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Vikky enjoys helping individuals navigate the complicated process of receiving disability benefits, and dedicates her spare time working in the juvenile court system.
